DTF printing on fabric
DTF (Direct to Film) printing is a customization technique that allows you to print graphics on a special film and then transfer them onto fabrics using a heat press.
How does it work?
The graphic file in digital format is printed on a special transparent film with specific inks. The film is applied to the fabric using a hot melt adhesive powder. At this point the graphic is transferred using a heat press at about 150-160°C, finally the film is removed from the article.
Some examples of application on items
DTF printing can be applied to all items made of different types of fabric such as cotton, polyester and nylon. Shoppers, hats and clothing give their best when customized with this modern technique.
