On HiGift, you can order your promotional products directly online in a few simple steps:
- Register or log in to your HiGift account;
- Go to the desired product page;
- Click on the red button "Get your quote & buy";
- Configure the product by following the indicated steps (quantity, personalization);
- At the end, you can choose to proceed to checkout or add the item to your cart to continue shopping.
How do I register on HiGift?
Registering on HiGift is simple: click here and fill out the form with your details. Upon completion of registration, you will receive an email confirming successful registration. In your personal area, you can view your order archive and proceed with the approval of graphic drafts, upload logos related to your orders, organize your wishlist with your favorite products, see your progress in the HiGift Circle loyalty program, and modify your data.
Is it necessary to register to order online on HiGift?
Yes, to place an order on HiGift, you must be registered.
I lost my HiGift account password. How can I recover it?
To recover your HiGift account password, click on "Sign In" at the top right. A pop-up will open with fields for data entry; at the bottom, you will find the "Recover Password" link. By entering the email you used to register, you will receive a link to reset a new password within a few minutes.
Can I add a personalization or processing to an already placed HiGift order?
Yes, if the order has not yet been processed or is not in production, otherwise you will have to proceed with a new order. Contact HiGift customer service as soon as possible to verify this.
How do I send my logo for personalization after placing a HiGift order?
Sending your logo on HiGift is very simple: you can do it during checkout or after placing the order. In this case, go to your personal area under the section "ORDERS" -> "All". Click on "Details". You will find the area dedicated to uploading your logo. You can also insert text if you don't have a logo.

How can I view and approve the graphic draft of my HiGift order?
Within 24 hours of order confirmation and logo upload, you will receive an email from HiGift notifying you that your graphic draft is ready. Log in to your account and confirm your print draft or reject it and request changes. The production of your promotional products will begin only after your confirmation.
How do I get an official quote for HiGift promotional products before ordering?
To download a detailed quote on HiGift:
- Visit the product page you are interested in;
- Click on "Get your quote & buy";
- After configuring the product (quantity, print type), you will arrive at the summary sheet;
- Here you can click on "Download quotation". This function is also available in the cart, allowing you to get an overall quote for multiple items. Remember that the prices published on this site may vary and those visible on the site at the time of order will be considered valid.
I can't find what I'm looking for in the HiGift catalog, how can I get help?
Contact our Customer Service by sending photos of the desired item or a detailed description, along with quantity, delivery times, and any requested personalizations. You will immediately receive concrete help.
What payment methods are accepted on HiGift?
On HiGift, we accept payments with advance bank transfer, Satispay, credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay. You can also pay in 3 monthly installments without interest with Scalapay. Consult the Payments section for details and more information.
Is it possible to cancel an order for HiGift promotional products?
Yes, it is possible to cancel an order on HiGift provided that it has not yet entered production or has not already been shipped. Keep in mind that orders with personalised products cannot be canceled after graphic draft approval.
How do I receive the invoice for my HiGift order?
You can download a courtesy copy of the invoice directly from your personal HiGift area. After logging in, go to the "Orders" section and you will find it available corresponding to your purchase, starting from the day of order delivery.
Is it possible to ship a HiGift order to an address different from the billing address?
Yes, during the checkout process on HiGift, you can select a shipping address different from the billing address. You can choose an address previously saved in your personal area or add a new one directly at that time.
Is the date I see on my order the day I will receive my HiGift products?
No, the dates indicated at checkout and on the HiGift order are the indicative days when the goods will be entrusted to the courier. To calculate standard delivery times, you must consider 3-5 working days in addition to these dates.
