how do I place an order?
You can place an order for any product on this website, directly online and in a few clicks. Just create your own account, go to the desired product sheet, calculate your quote automatically and proceed with the order.
How do I register?
To create your own account, click here and fill the form with your details. At the end of the registration process you will receive an email containing your data to access your account. In your personal area you can view your order archive, organize your Wishlist, view the logos you have uploaded, monitorize how far your path is in the HiGift Circle loyalty program and modify your data.
Do I have to register to order online?
Yes. In order to complete your order, it is necessary to be registered.
I have lost my password. How can I get it back?
For password recovery click on the bottom register and then on recovery password. By entering your registrated email, you will receive a new password within a few minutes.
Can I add another item processing to an already placed order?
Yes, if the order has not been processed yet or placed in production, otherwise a new order will be automatically generated.
How do I submit my logo?
Sending your logo is very simple:
- Add the items you want to buy to your cart.
- Go to your cart and proceed with the purchase. The checkout page will then open with the summary of your order. Before confirming the order, you will find instructions for uploading your logo. You can also upload it after the order confirmation by logging into your own account.

How can I view the item with my logo applied, before production starts?
Within 24 hours following the order confirmation and after the upload of your logo, you will receive an email informing you that your print draft is ready in your personal area. Log into your account and confirm your print proof. Production will start only after your confirmation of the graphic draft.
I need a quote for a product that is not on your website. How can I send it?
You can contact GadgetLab, our company division entirely dedicated to design, creation and import of custom gadgets and promotional items tailored ad hoc to the customer.
You can send your request via email to the address commerciale(@)gadgetlab.it, with all the specifications of dimensions and materials. You will receive an answer as soon as possible.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, but only if it is not in progress or already in production.
I need the invoice. Where can I find it?
By accessing to your account, you will have the possibility to download the "courtesy" invoice directly from your personal area.
Can I ship to another address different from the billing address?
Yes, while the order process, you can decide which address use to send products to.
Which payment methods are accepted?

Is the date I see on my order the day I will receive my products?
Yes, the planned date on the website is the indicative delivery date. For more info please consult the Delivery and Shipping section.
