How to order

How do I place an order on this site?

You can place an order for any product on this site directly online and in just a few clicks. Just register or log in, go to the desired product sheet, click on the red button "get your price & buy" and configure the product by following the steps indicated. At the end of the process, you can choose to proceed to checkout or add the item to your cart and continue shopping.

How do I register?

Click here to register and fill out the form with your data. At the end of the process, you will receive an email confirming the registration. In your personal area you will be able to see your order archive and proceed with the approval of the graphic drafts, upload the logos relating to your orders, organize your wishlist with your favorite products, see where your journey is in the loyalty program “HiGift Circle”, edit your details etc…

Do I need to register to order online?

Yes, you need to be registered if you want to order on HiGift website.

I have lost my password. How do I recover it?

To recover your password, click on "sign in" at the top right. A pop up will open with data entry fields, at the bottom you will find the "recovery password" link. By entering the email with which you registered, within a few minutes you will receive a link to reset your password.

Can I add another product or print to an order already placed?

Yes, if the order has not yet been processed or in production, otherwise you will have to proceed with a new order. Contact our customer service as soon as possible to verify if possible.

Can I have a mockup of the product with my logo applied, before placing the order?

Go to the product sheet and click on the "try your logo" button. In this way you will be able to build your graphic test before ordering. You can also save it in your personal area or download it and send it to us during checkout. Attention: this graphic test made by you does not replace the professional print proof that will be processed by us and submitted for your approval once the order has been placed.

How can I send my logo after placing the order?

Sending your logo is very simple: after placing your order, go to the relevant section in your personal area “ORDERS” -> “All”. Click on “View Order” . You will find the area dedicated to uploading your logo. You can also insert a text in case you don't have a logo.

How can I see and approve a professional print proof after the order?

Within 24 hours of order confirmation and logo upload, you will receive an email informing you that your print draft is ready in your personal area of this site.

Log in to your account and confirm your print proof, you can also ask us for changes. Only after your confirmation the production will start.

I need a document with the estimate before proceeding with the order, how can I get it?

Go to the product sheet and click on "Get your price & buy". Once the product has been configured, having entered the quantity and type of print, you will arrive at the summary form where you can click on "download quotation". This function is also present in the cart, if you want to add more items and therefore have an overall estimate of your order. The prices published on this site may vary and those visible on the site at the time of the order will be considered valid.

I need a quote for a product not present in your site. How do I get it?

You can contact GadgetLab, our company division entirely dedicated to the design, creation and import of customized products and tailor-made promotional items. You can send your request via email to commerciale (@) gadgetlab.it, with all the specifications of dimensions, materials, quantities. You will receive an answer as soon as possible.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay by advance bank transfer, Satispay, Credit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay. You can also pay in 3 interest-free monthly installments with Scalapay. Please see the Payments section for details and more information.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, but only if it's not in production or hasn't already shipped. Orders with personalized products can no longer be canceled after your graphic draft approval.

I need the invoice. Where can I find it?

It is possible to download the invoice for your order directly from the personal area by logging in to the site, in the “ORDERS”  section, starting from the day of goods delivery.

Can I ship to an address other than the billing address?

Yes, during checkout you can select the shipping address you want if you have previously entered it in your personal area, or you can add a new one directly at that stage.

Is the date I see on my order the day I will receive my products?

No, the dates indicated at check out and on the order are the indicative days in which the goods will be entrusted to the courier. To calculate the standard delivery times you must consider 3-5 working days by adding them to these dates. For urgent or mandatory deliveries, we suggest you to contact our customer service before placing your order. For more information, see the Delivery and Shipping page.
