Laser engraving of textiles
Textile engraving is a personalization technique that uses a high-precision laser beam to remove the top layer of fabric. This process allows you to create designs, patterns or text directly on the surface of the material without the use of inks, threads or other additional elements.
How does it work?
The digital graphic file is transmitted to the laser machine software in order to set the engraving parameters such as the power and speed of the laser beam. At this point the processing begins, which occurs without contact to avoid movement of the fabric and ensure precision. The heat of the laser beam burns the surface of the fabric resulting in a lightening or darkening of the original color depending on the engraved fabric.
Some examples of application on items
Laser engraving on fabric is compatible with products made of cotton, denim, leather and imitation leather, felt, polyester and some technical and synthetic fabrics. Shoppers and clothing are particularly suitable for this exclusive customization technique.
