DISCOUNT VOUCHERS
During specific promotional periods indicated on the website, for every €50 spent on products, you will receive a €10 discount voucher. These vouchers can be used on subsequent orders with a minimum spend of €30 on products, always within the indicated validity periods. The promotion is valid for all items on the website.
How to cumulate
Discount voucher cumulation period: click on George the rabbit comic to find out the dates, or go to your personal area in the "Discount Vouchers" section.
Minimum purchase (cumulation phase): For every order of just products (excluding setup costs, printing, shipping, etc.) of at least €50 or multiples thereof, placed during the accumulation period, you will receive one or more €10 discount vouchers. For example, if the total product spend is €150, you will be entitled to 3 €10 discount vouchers.
Number of vouchers obtainable: There is no maximum number of vouchers obtainable in a single order or in multiple orders within the accumulation period.
Multiple orders: If multiple orders are placed during the accumulation period, each for less than €50 of products, even if the total sum of the orders exceeds €50, you will not be entitled to discount vouchers.
Where to view the summary of the vouchers obtained: You can check your vouchers in the personal area, on the "Discount Vouchers" page.
How to Redeem

Minimum purchase (redemption phase): For every order of products (excluding setup costs, printing, shipping, etc.) of at least €30 or multiples thereof, placed during the redemption period, you can redeem one or more €10 vouchers.
How to use vouchers: After logging into your account, you can decide whether to redeem the discount vouchers on that order directly into the shopping cart page. The discount will appear automatically in the totals, based on reaching the minimum threshold. For example, if the total product spend is €60 and you have previously accumulated 3 vouchers, you will be entitled to use 2 €10 discount vouchers on that order.
Unused vouchers: Vouchers can only be used during the specified period. If they are not used, they will expire and cannot be recovered in any way at other times.
Combinability
This promotion cannot be combined with Flash and Jolly offers. It can be combined with the welcome coupon and the thank you coupon for a submitted review.
Limitations
Discount vouchers are not cash, do not entitle to change, and no interest accrues on the credit they represent. Discount vouchers will not be refunded if you decide to cancel your order or return part or all of the products ordered.
