The Shara apron is made of 240 g/m2 70% recycled cotton and 30% recycled polyester making it thick and sturdy, and comfortable to wear. It features 2 adjacent pockets (each 22 x 20 cm), and a 1 metre tie-back closure. The apron incorporates Cyclo® recycled fibres where they use pre-sorted waste that determines the colour of the yarn. These fibres do not only reduce the demand for virgin resources but also exhibit a commitment to a circular life, embodying the essence of reducing waste and promoting a closed-loop system. Each apron also comes with an Aware™ tracer. This innovative feature allows users to trace the origins and journey of their item through a QR code, enhancing transparency in the supply chain and fostering a stronger connection between the product and its production process., in white color

What kind of printing is possible?

You can personalise the item SHARA with screen printing, in embroidery, in dtf printing on fabric or in transfer printing.

Screen printing is a traditional ink-based labelling process, for flat or flattenable products, with high durability and colour accuracy. During the screen printing process ink is directly pressed on the product's surface through a gauze, then fixed with heat treatment.

Embroidery is used to label textile products, resulting in durable and high-quality imprints, by an automatic embroidery machine which applies thread through needle stitches. Pantone matching is not achievable, due to limited thread colours.

Textile digital transfer allows you to print logos, texts and images in four-color process on fabrics such as cotton, polyester and nylon. Shoppers, hats and clothing give their best if personalized with this modern technique because the print is resistant to washing and wear, has a photographic quality and is also suitable for large print areas.

Transfer printing is based on traditional screen printing, however, instead of being directly screen printed onto an item, the design is printed onto transfer paper, then applied with a heat press. Transfer printing is applicable to a wide range of products and holds several advantages over screen printing.
