Important: If you place multiple separate orders, and each one is less than €50, you will not be entitled to the vouchers, even if the total sum of the orders exceeds €50. Accumulation applies to the individual order.
2. How to Spend Vouchers (Spending Phase)
You can use the €10 vouchers on a subsequent order of products only of at least €30 or its multiples.
Example:
- If you spend €30, you can use 1 voucher of €10.
- If you spend €60, you can use 2 vouchers of €10.
- If you spend €90, you can use 3 vouchers of €10, and so on.
After logging into your account, directly during the purchase process on the cart page, before checkout, you will decide whether to apply the discount vouchers to that order. The discount will appear automatically among the totals, based on reaching the product spending threshold.
Useful Tips for Use
- Check the Threshold: Remember that the minimum spend refers exclusively to the value of the products, excluding all additional costs (such as personalization or shipping).
- Check the Personal Area: You can view the summary of accumulated discount vouchers in the "Discount Vouchers" section of your personal area on HiGift.
- Combinability: This promotion cannot be combined with Flash and Jolly Offers. It can, however, be combined with the welcome coupon and the thank you coupon for a submitted review.
- Returns/Cancellations: Discount vouchers will not be refunded if you cancel the order or return products purchased with them.
